Hey everyone! This isn't a dream I just wanted to share this tool I use for lucid dreaming! So lately I have been playing around with binaural beats (music that stimulates the brain for lucid dreaming and makes it easier) and I finally found a track that actually works for lucid dreaming! Here's the link: https://m.youtube.com/watch?list=PLF017E49D2BE51DC1&v=2CmcaMLtERk All you do is play this through headphones when you are going to sleep and you'll have a dream within the hour and a lucid dream after that!! It works every time I have tried it, at random times of the day and night! I have yet to find a track that lasts all night (that one only lasts five hours) but when I do I'll be sure to share! Make sure that you have the music low enough so you're able to ignore it and fall asleep normally, you only need to be able to hear it a little bit for it to work. If it's too loud you won't be able to sleep well.

AI generated interpretation Although this isn't a dream, it is still a valuable tool for anyone interested in having lucid dreams. It suggests that there is a way to take control of one's dream state, which can be empowering. It also suggests that the dreamer has the ability to manipulate his or her own dream state and use it to explore the subconscious. Finally, it suggests that with the right tools, dreamers can make the most of their dream time.
