Ghost Town of Life

Update: I think this dream was inspired by the tv series The Hollow. I was in this town at night. It was strange and lonely, and dark and grey. All of the buildings were made of cement and were pretty small, the only light available coming from street lamps and from inside of the buildings. Even though I could see people roaming around and inside of shops or buildings, it felt like a ghost town or a place of death. I found myself inside of a library. A bunch of teenage boys were there as well. I kept my distance from them at first, but some of them represented real-life versions of Haikyuu characters (as well as people I know in real life). I somewhat forget what happened, but they befriended me (particularly the lebero of Haikyuu) and began to plot something. I’m not sure if we were planning an escape or what, because I got the impression that we were all stuck there. Although, it seemed like they had all been there a lot longer than I had been. I found my sister in the town, and had a memory of my mom leaving our home to go somewhere. She entrusted us with watching the house, but I’m not sure how we got to the weird town. We found this women who decided to help us and kind of took us in. She was blonde and energetic but also pretty chill. She said we could stay in her home for the time being (another cement building with very little furniture or anything) and introduced us to some of the shops on the town’s strip such as a dress store and a yoga place, both which were really bright and bubbly and full of stuff. She gave me a job to help her design clothes for the dress store. I remember another women coming in but I’m not sure why. The town began to feel a lot more like home. It might have looked dreadful at first, but the people there were so nice.
