Dream Journal Ultimate

I will apologize in advance for some of the ugly details but they mean something in the story, I'm not sure why yet.but I want to record this for the future.... I dreamed I was imprisoned. In a jail type atmosphere with prison guards. They did this strange routine I thought was awful. they attached a hose to my rectum and turned on the valve which I believe was some kind of saline solution they used to flush me out. after they were done I really had to go to the bathroom and the bathrooms I saw had locks on them so I had to run around and find one. The only one I can find there was four women in there, but I couldn't wait any longer and I had to go in that one. I thought the woman would be angry with me but they were very caring, loving and understanding. They told me I had to take my poop out of where it was and put it in another area because they used it for fertilization in the fields to make food.
