Bigger Turtle tank, business Proposal

I remember witnessing a business proposal to a banker, but the banker was trying to be against it but the Guy in the chair leap out and other plans, also we were finally getting a bigger turtle tank to put our Turtle in and out fishes it was a tank built in the wall I imagine how big the turtle was gnna get now I remember being at a park befor these dreams can’t remember details.
