Not needed at work

I decided to go shopping at a mall. After looking awhile, found the only sweater I liked but it turned out to be owned by someone who threw it down while trying on clothes. I had been away from work for a few months and was coming back now. But someone had contracted out my job and come up with brilliant ways of getting it done through the contract. There were now a bunch of old kids’ toys in my work area and since I had nothing to do, I played with and organized the toys. They all thought I was retiring but I decided to stay another year and they were disappointed.
