Serial Killer Neighbor

I was at my apartment. Uno had gotten up out of bed to go do something. He stumbled around heavily like he was under the intoxication of something. He walked thru the front door and went outside to his large pickup truck and got inside. Me and my sister Sophie decided to exploring. Earlier police arrested our neighbor for suspicion of being a serial killer. They had forgotten to close down the apartment and tape it off. We went inside. It wasnt the cleanest and we could see blood in some areas. We walked around until we found the bedroom. Inside the bedroom we found a bag made of a bunch of plastic. I took it with me as we walked around the rest of the house. As we were about to walk back outside my sister urged me to look inside the bag. I opened up all the plastic and a decapitated head rolled out of my hands and landed on the floor. My sister immediately started puking. The spirit face of the head seemed to rise, think Harry Potter style, and meet me eye level. It got extremely close to my face to where it blocked my vision and I couldnt see anything else. The dream ended there.
