The Movie Buff Murderer

Okay. I remember some dream parts! First off, the tail end of a dream that woke me up: This guy had brutally murdered everyone I cared about (family, best friends), until I was the only one left, stuck with him kind of as a hostage. He drove us to a hospital, where we sat down on a couch (me as far away from him as possible) and watched a comedy movie. He was really into movies. In fact, when I was brave enough to tell him not to kill me, he said he couldn't yet. He got his inspiration for murder from movies, and he hadn't watched my death scene yet. I both relaxed and worried at this. The former because we were just watching a comedy movie and I expected no death in it. The latter because I was trying to place, for example, the ways my parents had died in order to figure out what went into planning his murders, whether it be the victim fitting a movie character well, the most brutal scene he could find, scenes all from horror movies, etc. A slight time jump after which we had a meal of cafeteria food and then took a long stroll outside the hospital. I talked with him more during this than in any other part of the dream. When we were returning to the hospital from our walk, he was distracted from our nice conversation by a TV monitor that was above the hotel entrance. It was showing a documentary about the science behind superheroes. Internally, I panicked when I saw what was displayed on the screen, and quickly tried to get him to keep walking and talking and to ignore the movie. But, like the movie buff he seemed to be, he was fully immersed in the film, ignoring me, crossing his arms, and leaning against the brick wall to watch. With nothing else I could do, I started watching too. The documentary was currently introducing Spider-Man. It was revealing fun facts, one I missed about a USB phone charger, one where he ordered nine chili cheese dogs and threw them on the ground before every battle, before the documentary then started on the fights themselves. It showed a CGI Spider-Man slamming a CGI Superman against a brick wall in slow motion, describing that if Peter really had the full strength of a spider then he would be able to break all of a man of Superman's size's bones with one go. My heart sank with these words and (- I'm not positive what I did exactly) and I either stumbled back and hit the railing hard, resulting in me falling over it and down a few stairs, or took some other fall in my shock, but pain rocketed through my body. I'd broken something, and it felt like part of my leg, my arm, and some ribs. Despite the injuries, I had to jump up to catch up with the guy, who had quickly and excitedly walked into the hospital. I yelled at him to stop, exaggerating that I'd already broken all my bones and that there was nothing he could do, but he ignored me, tossing his jacket onto the back of a couch and calmly telling a nurse to get him nine chili cheese dogs and a phone charger before running upstairs (the stairs were from my house. In fact, the hospital started developing the layout of my house at this point.). I followed the same path he took, snatching up my phone and a pair of car keys from the table we'd eaten at/the one near where he threw his coat, and then went to the foot of the stairs, grabbing the phone charger from the telephone stand. I limp-ran back to the table and to the nurse who was supposed to be making hotdogs for him. I lowered my voice and urged her to help me, that he was going to kill me, and if she could take me to the car the keys belonged to. She rolled her eyes and slowly, far too slowly, walked me outside. Outdoors, it was no longer the hospital building, instead it was my driveway. I ran to my car, jumped in, and started it. My heart started pounding harder and faster as I sped out of my driveway, backed onto the street, and took off.
