Car crash or ??

It was night time. Saw a car with broken front windshield at one corner. I saw a girl inside wearing yellow top with red diamond shaped dot design. Her head was tilted back to the seat and tilted sideward. She was bleeding from the head. I dint see anyone else inside the car. She seemed like someone i know. But i dint wanted it to be someone i know. So suddenly i jolted back from sleep.
