Me and my friends, all people I’ve never been close to more of less faces in a crowd my subconscious remembered. All young about my age we’re on the run from the police. As the saying goes “each for their own” we all scattered in different directions, almost like parkour in some city downtown. I tried hiding in bushes, under a concrete bridge, and anywhere else I thought I couldn’t be spotted. I knew I did something illegal in the dream, but it was almost like watching a cop show but starting in the middle, not knowing what happened just seeing the chase. Everywhere I turned a cop in his Chevy vehicle saw me, hunting me like an animal in the wild, which is what they’re paid and trained to do. I had this immense rush of panic knowing I was going to go down, I was going to go to prison for a long time, even though I didn’t know what I had done I knew it was bad. As I was hiding in a bush about 4 cops had me pinned against a fence, an oddly tall one like ones used for basketball courts. They came rushing and tackled me. For some odd reason, I was the only one caught out of the 4-5 people i was with. As if I was the only one worth catching. I didn’t get a trial in the dream, I was sentenced to 20 years in prison. I didn’t get any visitors in my juvenile prison, and I think it had some effect on me mentally, I didn’t age a day out of the 20 years I was in there. As I’m 17 now, I would’ve been 37 and looked as if I was 17 which was why I was also kept in the juvenile prison, I looked and seemed young. When my time came to leave, timed served as one would say, The second I stepped foot out on the pavement in front of the doors to the prison, time caught up with me and I aged 20 years almost as if my life had been frozen.
