Grandpa- possibly means something

So I had a dream that my grandfather was alive in the people who have died what actually my mother and grandmother. He lived in Sophia now and he was very lonely I was visiting with Yasen, he told me that after my mother died nobody visited him. He had some sort of disease and he poured boiling water into his trousers , he had maggots. It made me incredibly sad when I went out I shared it with yasen and he said no problem we will visit him more you can go tomorrow. I was very sad, today on the fifth it is 7 months after the death of my grandfather, I wasn't going to go to the cemetery but I will go after that dream I don't know if this was a premonition I hope not
