5 twins

The only interesting part of this dream is that there were 5 identical twins, they were adults and looked exactly alike except that one was a giant (maybe 9 feet tall!). They all wore black wide-brimmed hats and red & black plaid pajamas. They were also super pale, almost sickly or albino looking. At one point I was inside a corner store and looking at a menu on the back wall because I was hungry. All I can remember is that they had beer on tap, the beer was Egyptian and was called Kemet.
