Dieter Rams' evil twin

I was at a library with lots of floors, which were arranged in alphabetical order from bottom to top. Each floor had a large display featuring something that started with a letter that floor covered. One floor's display featured a little-known man who promotes all design inaccessible and nigh-impossible to repair, Dirt Rams. A small sign redirected potential confused visitors to another section where they could find out about Dieter. Now, even within the dream, I couldn't take the name "Dirt" seriously, so I ran to show my friends. Next thing I remember, we were at a different floor's display, playing some edutainment floppy disk game.
