Does anyone know what this dream means HELP

Date: 3/11/2017

I had a dream that I was in my bedroom and I was sitting on my bed with my cousin and my mum. A guy with dark black hair walked in. He started making us laugh. I started to think I liked him but didn't show it. (I don't know why I didn't freak out about a random person walking into the room!). He then said "Hey, wanna see something cool" or something like that. Two other arms with full hands popped out of the side of him. He then had 4 arms!?
