Haunting & sleep paralysis

I was at an event, in a field, kind of like a little festival. I met an old woman there selling crystals. One was the most beautiful amethyst cluster & the other a clear quarts cluster. I was looking to buy one, but then I also spotted lots of loose Amathus crystals on the floor.. they seemed to be there from an old abandoned stall. I was moving in to a new rented house, with a flatmate. We kept getting weird feelings, like it was haunted, there were noises around & things being moved. At the same time I started to get the sensation that there was someone in my actual room, moving around. I began to go in & out of the dream & I got the most awful sleep paralysis & feeling that there was a presence in the room & then covering me & physically taunting me, moving my hair etc. I felt an immense coldness pressing over me & my whole body was shivering. I tried to move & will it to go away. Eventually it stopped, but I went back in to the dream & a man came in to the lounge.. he was dressed in a funny suit, was very extravagant - I think it was a shiny blue suit. He said he was also living there.. so we though it must be him, that we thought was the ghost. The owner came to visit & she was someone very familiar to me.. she had my engagement ring on & I felt enormous regret that I had swapped it with her for another ring.
