Suburb Darkness

The dream starts in mom's Cadillac in a densely wooded, residential area. I'm parked at a stop sign with a friend in the front seat waiting for Bob to cone to the car. I was supposed to pick him up where he dropped his car off but had decided to go to the stop sign instead. As I check in the rearview mirror, I initially see a shadow walking towards the vehicle but as I press on the break to illuminate the neighborhood, but as I did I saw Bob sprinting towards my side if the street but on the opposite sidewalk while also noting three more shadows walking toward the car. At a seconds notice, the four shadows are police officers but their presence is anything but comforting, in fact they're downright intimidating and they walk just outside my car walking nearly robotic. As a realize the doors are unlocked, the nearest officer turns to my door and looks directly into my eyes so I rapidly reach to lock the doors.
