Amethyst Macaroon

My family, my friend, and I were at my old elementary school from a long time ago. We were watching plays and skits in the gym which was filled with blowup stages and bouncy castles. My old room from 3rd grade was filled with desserts and a few were macaroons! I love these so much, and these looked amazing. One had blue and purple bubbles on it and another was pink with a frost design on it. My favorite one was watermelon flavored. The cookie itself was a pastel green with a white and pink filling. It was encrusted in sugar spikes that looked just like amethyst. The tips were whiteish/transparent and closer to the cookie it turned pink. Wish I could recreate this look!
