Basic Breakdown: This series of dreams evolves into each other. I’m gonna just go over the last few segments as the beginning is rather jumbled. I was stuck in a VR game. The controls were similar to a Theremin where you hands had to be in the right place to access menu options. The problem was that the game was realistic enough to where it was basically real life. You were affected by the wind, getting shot, earthquakes, and other jolts. The jist of the dream involved me trying to get out of the game, but the menu was hard to access as it involved very specific finger movements/placements with my left hand, the menu was complex, and the game environment kept messing me up. All of the games were rather intense. First one I remember was being Woody from Toy Story trying to get down a winding icy mountain pass. Enemies would walk up the pass and you’d have to scroll through the attacks you had and use specific ones vs certain enemies. The game started out lighthearted and got dark very quick. Each major game change was either brought on by death or success with using the in-game menu. Next was the variation of the game where you were on a swing below a helicopter. You had a gun and the idea was for you to help Woody get down the mountain pass by shooting at his enemies. There was also the added struggle of properly using a gun while trying not to fall off the swing. Trying to access the menu at that point was extremely difficult. Went back to the Woody third-person style games for a little while. Finally finished up with one of the coolest VR first person experiences. After various restarts and iterations. The helicopter crashes and I fell by a set of tools and weapons. I got to use the VR stuff to pick up each set of items and inspect them while I put them onto my person. There was climbing rope, a carabiner, some cutting tools, rope add-ons, a large machete, and some explosives along with other items I can’t remember. Dream involved traveling into a broken Disneyland-style park involving blood thirsty animatronics. The dream finally ended with my attempting to stab a princess robot with an arrow because I couldn’t knock it properly and she was gonna shoot me. I died anyway. Aside from the horror and negative emotions. The games in that dream has an amazing user interface. Too bad I was a little preoccupied at the time.
