little bird - what could that mean?

I was dreaming I was at a neighbor's to help them with their internet problems. After a while I saw a little bird. It looked like a mix of a sparrow and a chaffinch. It had a red neck. The bird was inside the room and looked like it needed help. So I took it into my arm carefully and it snuggled really tight against me. I petted it and it looked more than happy. All the time, while I was trying to fix the internet problem it was lying on my shoulder or on my arm. Cuddling and looking so happy. I really could feel that this little birdie loved me and didn't want to get away from me. So, of course, now I'm wondering what could be the message behind that?
