Desert at a dinner party

I am at some sort of dinner party. There is about 8 - 12 people there. We have just finished some kind of role playing game. ( Don't know what the game was but something like " how to host a murder" ). We are going to play the same game again and we have established characters but before we start we are going to eat. Some kind of desert has been put in the middle of the table and a bowl of whipped cream which is to go on top of the desert. Can't really remember how, but cigarette butts and ash end up on top of the whipped cream and we decide to make another bowl. However my mum (who has dementia) picks up the bowl and with a spoon starts to scoop the cream and it's content on top of the desert. People in the room start to react.
