Colorado, Bunker, Tornados, Nuke?

I paid my family to come live with me high up in the mountains of Colorado. There were these very vivid tornado warnings, and broadcasts about not ducking under bridges and bypasses during tornados "because they will fall over if you can't escape one of these and a tornado is fast approaching, then get low and cover your head." I had a bunker in my backyard that the previous owner had installed, but I had just recently discovered. I think I had heard that someone was going to nuke the USA, so I piled my family into the bunker and locked the top.
