Friend's Huge Mansion and I'm a Mistress

I lived in a small apartment alone in the city, and I walked over to where my friend lived: in a quaint, little house on a tree covered hill nearby. She invited me inside to show me the new renovations. The home was a lot bigger on the inside, like a mansion. She and her husband (she is not married or dating irl) were eating breakfast while I had a look around. They had 50ft high ceilings in every room, and the layout of the house didn't make sense. I went into a hallway that lead me to their library, which then lead to this narrow staircase, which took me to their exotic aviary. They had giant bird cages with large parrots in them. They all started angrily squawking, and the I saw giant, bat like creatures begging to swoop down at me. I heard my friend call from the other room telling me not to go into the aviary. Thus, I sprinted out of there as fast as I could. I found myself in their luxurious living room, and their bed was there on a giant pedestal all by the front door. Her husband then offers to show me around upstairs. There there were two, average sized bedrooms. One was larger and had to twin beds in it. They were planning on having children and were preparing. I thought it was a bit premature to skip getting cribs and just getting childs beds, but whatever. The second room was their bedroom, despite already having a bed in the living room. My friend then came in and her husband left. I then told her a secret I had been keeping: the fact that I was 2 months pregnant with my ex husband's baby! (I do not have an ex husband irl). My ex husband, who was horror manga artist Junji Ito, and I had been divorced for three years, but apparently we had a fling, despite him having a serious girlfriend. After dishing out my drama, I left. I then got in my car, which I didn't even drive to her home in the first place, and back it up down the hill, getting it stuck on some trees. I get out of the car, unsure what to do, when my ex husband Junji Ito walks up with his girlfriend. I get nervous, for he doesn't know of our baby, and his girlfriend doesn't know of our affair. Junji Ito offters to try and get the car unstuck while I stand awkwardly beside his girlfriend and watch.
