I was writing a dream on a piece of paper. It was something about snowy being neglected. Then the scene changed and I was in my bed and creepy ass things were happening around me and I was freaked out. It felt so real and then I realized that it was a dream. I kept trying to wake myself up. I started wiggling my toes because I heard that helps but i was still asleep. I started screaming "WAKE ME UPPP" cuz I was scared af. (Moving in my dream felt like real life). So then I started pulling at the air and ripping away the fabrics of reality and then I woke up As soon as I woke up, my eyes began to grow heavy and I kept myself from falling back asleep for like 30 minutes because I was afraid I was going to have another lucid nightmare. [Lucid nightmares are like regular ones except 1000x worse. It feels much more real and it's scary knowing you're stuck in your dream with all this creepy realistic shit happening around you.] Lucid nightmares can be caused by stress and this is my second one I've had so far.
