Ex has Appeared

I had a dream that I went back home and my ex wanted to talk. I ignored him but then he showed up outside. My mom wasn’t home, but my siblings were. I let him in and we went to her room. He apologized for how he left and that he really missed me. We began to catch up but I didn’t tell him about my current relationship. My mom got home early and I had to hide him in her room since there was no back door. This idiot decided to watch a video while she’s in there and the volume gives him away. So I introduced him to her for the first time, and she freaked out because he reminded her of my dad. She goes in about how she doesn’t approve of him despite me introducing him as my "friend". I can tell this hurt his feelings, but I woke up before I could comfort him.
