Indecisive boss, Bruce B in parking lot

I was instructed by a female boss to type in 50 pages of text. There was first some confusion as to which pages. Then there was confusion about whether or not to include black and white photos, and which ones. It was tiring. I finally went out to my car for my lunch break. It was the same external parking lot my family had when I was a kid. My car was not a good choice: it was hot in the direct sun and it was near people making a lot of noise. I leaned against car that was away from the loudness and in the shade. The car’s owner was Bruce from HS. He didn’t recognize me, though. He said I can hang out in his car. I learned he had to run an errand. We wound up in someone’s apartment where there were dogs and young kids. The kids were curious and asked a lot of questions. At least they weren’t temperamental. Bruce said it’ll be brief. I said okay. I was going through work instructions in my mind to pass the time. There was a young, shy guy who had a desk there and I spoke to him about the 2 Rubik’s cubes on his desk. We had a few things in common, but he was smarter, and extremely shy. Bruce was still working and passed by a few times. When he finally said we could go, I helped the kids to sweep up, as that was part of their daily chores at the park end of each day. The people said it was nice to meet me and have me around. One person asked if I’ll be back tomorrow. I said no, and explained why. When we left, we went to the train. I wasn’t sure where we were heading, as it seemed to be afternoon rush hour. It didn’t occur to me to ask about taking Bruce’s car back. We had to swipe our MetroCards and take many brief trips, and they were all between train stations. Some were above ground and some were below ground. It seemed to be an extension of Bruce’s workday. Random people were asking him questions. I wondered if I’d get fired because I never came back from lunch. I didn’t call back to tell the office I wouldn’t be returning for the afternoon. That’s because I thought Bruce was going to run the errand for about an hour, not the whole afternoon. When we finally got out into the street, I a $1 bill. Then I found a $5. I told Bruce how I occasionally come across cash sometimes and the amounts get larger the longer I look. He didn’t believe me. I said that the next amount I come along will be more money. Within a moment or two, I discovered $100, slightly hidden. I counted $20 bills and it added up to $120. I have gave him $60. He was in disbelief, saying I pre-arranged that. But he took the money.
