Dreamed my chest was wide open

my chest was wide open with slits showing my insides and everyone i tried to get help from said. "oh yeah thats normal dont worry. happens to me all the time" as part of my skin grew further away from each other i grasped my organs so they didnt fall out but at the cost of pain.
