A meditation sleep guide This will help you if you have problems with these. 👍🏼 Also it will change how you sleep, calm down, and waking up The Sleep: Normally if you want to just recharge your batteries you go to sleep. Well... It's not always easy. Stress is the biggest problem, it will cause big sleep problems These Include: •Feeling Uncomfortable •Bad Thoughts •Nightmares •Heart Attacks 💔 •High Blood Preasure🔝🔝🔝 If you have these please talk to your local therapist or doctor 👴🏼 Now if you don't want your 💸 just for advice, get the advice from your self, this 3 step guide will help you sleep as perfectly: Step 1. Think Peaceful Thoughts Now before you go to 💤 try to go to your mind and look at your thoughts. Thoughts are the things you think about and want to talk about. What bad thoughts lead to is nightmares 😰😱, pretty stressful right. Now what if we did the opposite. Yes the opposite 🔄. Now think any kind of happy, peaceful thoughts. If you can't find any good ones, try these. Happy & Peaceful Thoughts You Can Think Of: •Mountains 🏔 •Sitting on a Tree 🌲 •Beach 🏖 •Walking 🚶🏼 •Parade 💂🏻 --FOR KIDS-- If you have bad thoughts please talk to your parents Step 2. Meditate Now you might think it's for hippies. But it is for all people, According to scientists if you meditate for a hour you can sleep perfectly for the night. It can also destroy stress. 👊🏻. To meditate just try taking 5 deep breaths. By the time you get to 5, you will be calm and the stress will go away Exercises you need to try: •Count to 100. •Sleep and wake up at the same time a week •Yoga for 2 hours •Do 100-second breathing --DO THESE EVERY WEEK-- Step 3. Before bedtime, Use technology 📱 And no I don't mean play video games or funny videos. I mean before you go to bedtime, search up how to go to sleep better. Results will let you find new strategies that you never think of before. However, there are rules. The most important one is do not use technology when your suppose to go to bed. If you do, you could be distracted. Now that we got that covered let's recap. First we learned to look inside our minds, and find happy, and peaceful thoughts. Then we learned how to meditate and to do exercises. Last we used technology to help us look at new strategies, and not to use it during bedtime ✅ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Calm: Now here's a topic that can help you sleep, and it's calming down 👏🏼👏🏼. To calm down, just take 5 deep breaths, and you will be fine. Now if you can't seem to calm down, do the 100-second meditation. Calming down will also kill stress 🔫. For example you have too much work to do, and have to pay of bills. If you get enough sleep you could be happy 🙂, better mood, and no pain at all. If you want to wake up perfectly try setting a alarm clock like at 6:00 or 6:30.
