We had recieved information on the news that some heavy thunderstorms were rolling in, we took the normal precautions. We then got word of multiple tornado warnings, growing with increasing strength one after the other. Once the first tornado passed I walked to the garage where my mother was waiting, I informed her that I was going to check for damage. Moments later I was swept up, I felt hopeless, I was going to die. My mom yelled to my to hold onto a post on the porch. I did just that and managed to survive. Afterwards the neighborhood met up in the court and we went to a local relief shelter. After a bunch of paperwork, I saw your cotton candy blue hair in the bleachers, noticing you I felt a rush of relief, I approached you, when you looked up you had the same look of relief, and we hugged as if we hadn’t seen each other in years. (P.s you will probably never know how I truly feel about you, but I could’ve dreamed a little longer that night)
