catioillars in my nails?

Last night I was a dream worms /caterpillars would curl up under my toe and fingernails I pulled a white worm out of the toe nail then the caterpillar it was burgundy and black and had spike it the feel it latching into me I'd pull it out and it suctioned right back I pulled it out again a friend and I killed it and were then auditing it and then fast as lighting it zipped away and disappeared
