Dreamt of my grown son as a baby

I kept dreaming about my first born child over and over again. My son is about to turn 20 years old, but in these dreams I kept having he was an infant. There were a couple of moments in the dream where I remember trying to get him in to see a doctor. Does anyone know why I would be having dreams about my 20 year old son as an infant??
