I dreamt I was in like a counselor office building that kinda just looked like a house inside. There were like 4 other people besides me. 3 of us were sitting in the waiting room area while the counselor was talking to the current patient. Clearly this isn’t a real counselor office because we could hear everything they said. Basically this guy had a messed up life and his brother like murdered a entire family and even put the dog in a blender. And so I’m hearing he’s starting to get agitated but I think nothing of it because it wasn’t him that did all that crazy stuff it was his brother. But then he storms out of the room talking about how much he hates people like his counselor or something and goes into another room. The counselor comes out and looks exasperated and when the patient comes back he seems unusually calm and asks to shake the counselors hand. And while doing this he casually stabs the counselor gently in the chest and he collapses to the floor. I understandably lose my shit, and of course he some how managed to trap me and one other person in a room during this. he then asks if the other guy would like to join him in making some sand castles out of blood?? And basically takes out a big bread knife and starts sawing off the guys fingers? I am losing my mind and slowly backing out of the room while he does this and then run to find a place to escape and then I woke up.
