Little girl & me 🤝🏻 mommy issues

I was at my job and a little girl had been there for many hours, she looked sad and lost so i asked her where her mother was She shrugged her shoulders. I let her be for a while & then one of my coworkers talked to her & i assumed the issue was fixed. The next day she was still there in the same clothes and she was still sad. I got very worried for her and talked to her again, i asked if she had been there over night and she said yes. I asked my passing coworker if he knew what was going on, but he was busy and hand signed me he'll be back in a bit. I stayed with the girl and i asked what her name was and her last name, i searched up her name online and found her mother's number so i called it. It was ringing for a while and then she picked up, i put it on speakers and she instantly said before i could say anything:"if this is about camilla, dont bother calling, i dont want her" and hung up. The little girl started crying and i started crying heavily too while hugging her, because my mother threw me away too in real life. I said:" who says that to their child" while filled with tears. My female coworker came and comforted us both and i was already thinking of calling cps and wanting to adopt her and give her everything she deserves, but i woke up
