Anorexia and fighting with bf?

I had a dream that I was anorexic and I was already told I needed to eat or I’d die but I still only ate like grapes in one day or something. Not my first dream about anorexia. Jeremy (my boyfriend) was there and we were fighting over something but I can’t remember, I was trying to tell him my feelings and he said we’d talk later then disappeared. I kept trying to text him but he wasn’t answering. I also travelled to another town but it was close and very tiny and I travelled back and forth a lot. Gavin (stepson) was also there but he was at our place with my boyfriend and he was telling me he was playing with my toys which made me feel better about not being there.
