towing, snow, and weird signs

I was the newest tow truck driver at a company that had been around for decades. I was with an employee that was training me. we had went to help another employee out but when we got there they were gone. As we were going back to the shop it started snowing. we were almost back when we noticed that a car had it's 4-ways on and there was a sign but it was a car instead of a normal sign.
