Death by Asteroids

Asteroids were falling and hitting earth. The first time one was coming down I was with McKenna walking to a class. We walked outside and saw an asteroid hurtling towards the ground. The air pressure dropped and it felt like all the air was squeezed out of me, like I was suffocating. We turned and quickly ran into a big enclosed arena that was behind us. The second time an asteroid came I was with Seth and his dad. We were in a house and looked out the window and saw the asteroid was going to crash right across the street from us. We knew we were going to die, so we went into the basement and huddled together. We said that, at the very least, it would be a fast and painless death. Again, as it approached I felt as though I was suffocating. The asteroid hit and we were instantly killed.
