So if you don't know. A lucid dream is a dream you have full control over. Think of a regular dream as a series of events justping from scene to scene similar to watching a movie. And think of a lucid dream as real life being in your body and being able to do anything you please. Now onto how to do it. First off this works. Ive been doing this myself for over a year and for me has about a 90% success rate. For you it will differ. Here's how you do it... STEP 1: Become obsessed with lucid dreaming content all day. You decide whether it's books, YouTube videos or whatever. I recommend the YouTube channel called tipharot. The idea is to have lucid dreaming on your mind when you go to sleep. STEP 2: Before you go to sleep. Set an alarm for 6 hours. Make sure you account for how long it takes you to fall asleep. GO TO SLEEP NORMALLY. Once you wake up after six hours if you did it properly your body will be in the longest rem period of the night. get out of bed and start envisioning you doing something in your dream. Avoid blue light, and don't eat any high calorie or fiber rich foods or hormone affecting supplements. Also avoid coffee, exercise, and stress. Now stay awake for anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour. Ive stayed up for two hours before and it still worked so you can test how long you should stay awake for that works best for you. Now go back to sleep and drift off. Avoid thinking about anything that makes you exited or stressed because it will make it hard to fall asleep again. If you have trouble falling asleep again, try meditation and clear your mind. Play around each night and by around the third try you should have a lucid dream. It worked for me on my first try without effort and has worked every single time failing maybe twice. Let me know if you have questions. All this is based on personal experience, other people's help, science and patience.
