Crazy teacher/nurse

Was at a small cottage house learning about medical school or health/fitness and ended up arguing w the teacher about something. She got really upset and the vibe turned very hostile/haunted - found myself with a bunch of medical equipment/shots coming out from between my legs 😳 Later was in some crazy Avengers situation where I was a little kid riding/piloting a spaceship and trying to get away from Wilem Defoe. He arrived and found us in a garage and I stabbed him in the neck with an arrow, but he didn’t die. One of his goons came from behind me and tried to execute me - I went willingly but found that I was also still alive. I went towards an escape pod that felt like the ship from Guardians of the Galaxy to stop them once and for all. Later on, Kept trying to find spells/potions for something - can’t remember.
