arrested for digging

so im just digging a massive fucking hole in the middle of the road. like its a sizeable hole. maybe 90 inches across and 20 inches deep. dont know why or how? like im just using a spade dunno how that works roads are hard. cars keep getting damaged i just laugh and then dig. i got arrested for “violation of public infrastructure”?? they said anything i say may be used as evidence but idk why they’d need verbal evidence when there was a massive hole in the road and a spade in my hand. just stayed quiet. tried to google whether id be arrested irl if i dug a big hole in the middle of the road but have yet to find an answer 🤔
