Dad is Leaving the Family + An Australian Vacation

In my first dream my dad announced that he had fallen in love with a much younger woman (around my age) and he was abandoning our family to go live with her in another country. I was sobbing and begging him to stay with us. My chest hurt so bad as I thought about him leaving. I asked how this person could mean more to him than any of us. In my second dream my parents and sister were going on a vacation to australia. I was upset because they hadn’t bought me a ticket and this was my last chance for a long vacation because of work and school. Seth and I scraped enough money together to buy our own tickets, and flew to australia to be with them. When we got there it was sunrise. It didn’t look anything like australia, but it was beautiful. There were mountains, an australian version of mt rushmore, a cityscape, and waterfalls. We took a boat ride to look at the waterfalls and ended up accidentally plunging down one. We were okay though. We walked along the shores of some small beaches and saw lots of fish and a huge pod of dolphins very close to shore. We got up on a big platform and there were some poles leading higher up to a spinning disc you could try and climb onto for a better view. It was very hard to climb but I made it onto the disc. Once up there however, I was very dizzy and it was hard to stand up. I took a video of the landscape around me and captioned it “Hello, Sydney” and put it on my snapchat story. At some point we were on a stationary boat that was rocking around on artificial waves and we were attempting to run the pacer test.
