Medical exam

I had been walking a lot and I was not supposed to move around very much. As a result I had to go see a MD that I have not seen in 45 years. He examined the bottom of my foot which was terribly ulcerated. He said that the damage was so bad that the tissue would lift away from the foot. He lifted it up to show me. At that point I saw the exposed bone. Then I woke up.
