Another Apocalypse

Things weren't terrible at first. But everything progressively became worse. It became worse to the point that people were being separated against their will, they were being killed, they were being brainwashed, and food and supplies were being restricted and used by only a select few who were in power. I had 4 friends in this dream. Two of them were taken to Tennessee, and I was taken with one friend to some type of prison. I escaped by pretending to be someone else, and I also stole a lot of food and supplies on my way out. I met up with my other friend who had also escaped. Our plan was to drive to Tennessee and find a way to be reunited with our other two friends. I had stolen muffins and bread, and my friend told me that was the one thing I shouldn't have stolen because that is what everyone desperately wants. Now that food was short, everyone was tired of cooking. Once we arrived in Tennessee, our other friends had been brainwashed. We had to come up with a way to save them. One part of the dream there were three random citizens who were chosen to be taken care of by the people in power. They were looking for two other people as well. One of the two they were looking for was one of my friends. My friend would have been taken care of, but he refused to be caught because he knew this was morally wrong.
