Kindergarten cop

So my brother was watching kindergarten cop but instead it wasnt the movie like the movie was something else entirely this kid was going to school and got bullied and got in trouble for something the bully did and the teacher had a conversation with him on the roof of the school and he told her that he was trying to give her a gift of 50 sign language cards but on the way he started getting bullied and thats how he got in trouble and then the teacher forgave him and then he handed her the cards but the wind blew them off the roof and the teacher went to pick them up and afterwards the kid went to make sure she didnt miss any and when he went inside he started getting bullied again because he was supposed to sit at the table with the bully but the bully didnt want him sitting there
