The Giggle concluded inside a Memory TARDIS, and every Doctor and companion ever was onboard. I gasped as the camera focused on Carole Ann Ford as Susan talking to a younger Susan, played by Claudia Grant. I think the intention in the dream was that the Memory TARDIS from Tales Of The TARDIS had been a trap by the Toymaker all along, and 14 was having a furious argument with the Toymaker, demanding that he let them go.
