I am on a holiday to a country in Europe. It is one of those cold slavic countries just like iceland, but i dont know the name. I am with my family at a swimming pool outside. The temperature outside is okay, but the temperature of the water is uncomfortably cold. The outside part doesn't have a deep pool. There is only like a layer of water connected to a downward slip n slide. So i decide to use it, cuz what else should i do? The slide has some flat parts, where i can use my hands to stop myself from sliding. I prefer to look at what is coming next, before im sliding down. Eventually i see the slip n slide ends in a pool with a lot of people. Remember the water is very cold? There is no way i will go in there. Luckily i manage to stop just in time. I get up and look at the pool. I put my foot in to check the temperature. It is actually pretty nice! Not too cool nor too warm. Then my mom calls my name from the pool restaurant. She asks what i want to eat. I look at the signs on the right, where they have burgers and desserts. On the left there are pizzas. I am doubting between apple pie and another dessert. My mom orders apple pie so she could taste if it is better than the other one i am doubting about. Now countries like iceland are very expensive, since they are very popular for tourists. So my mom tries a bit of the pie. The guy behind the counter gets mad and charges her 1 and a bit dollars for that one bite. He also charges 0.50 euros for something extra. But i never got that apple pie :(
