Dreaming about astral projection

Date: 8/22/2017

So i had another episode where i start to feel frequencies and than fall asleep it was a dream where i was on the bus and my grandma was driving anyways i feel asleep in the dream and astral projected out of my body and slowly moved my way to the front of the bus while going through chairs and stuff like a ghost than i tried to go through the bus door and in a flash of light i was back in my room and my legs were out of my body and as i regained consciousness they start to float back down
