Killer dolphins..?

It seemed like I was inside of a video game where the whole of new york is flooded and you have to jump across these large holes in the ground that are filled with water. If you fall into the water these killer dolphins with sharp teeth start chasing you and you have to dodge them or else they'll try eat you.
