Drowning in dead bodies

I’m on a bus that has plunged into a river. I am able to open a window but once I swim out, I’m caught in a rip tide of dead bodies, weighing me down, making it difficult to swim to the surface. Once I get to the surfaces, I am struggling to keep my head above water with so many dead bodies swarming me. I can’t swim to shore.
