Parasitic

There was some sort of parasites on my finger, they resembled leaches maybe. I remember trying to get them off of me, but they somehow made it under my skin. I was trying to get them out. I could feel pressure in my finger start to build, and suddenly I started to profusely bleed. I looked down at my finger and half of it had come off. It was laying in front of me with the parasites still crawling around in the severed portion. I remember picking them out and someone trying to help me. The dream ended in 3rd person with me and that someone one walking out the door to go the hospital.
