I was in a relationship, an established relationship with a girl. She and I had gotten to the point of comfortable. However we were always under attack, like there was a constant army sending people at us. I think the majority of it was directed at me, or at our home, street? I don't recall fighting or engaging in violence just a lot of maneuvering and planning and stuff. It was like one of those app games which you tap and it just keep on going, not really dangerous but annoying. She and I were happy, however. She went off to work during the day doing whatever she did, I stayed home or something similar and investigated this army situation. I took the majority of the fight here. I know she was fighting elsewhere. There were the moments however, so peaceful, soft, movie like. Like picnics in the park, with the lake picture perfect nearby and balloons flying made of paper. We had done this more than once, because our conversation revealed she hadn't liked the balloons the first time. We were planning a day for our anniversary, now I recall we had only been dating two months. She mockingly, but not really, wished me happy anniversary as a joke because we both thought that was silly, two month anniversaries. It was clear this was also an ongoing conversation. But instead we began to plan our anniversary, had a calendar and was picking out dates on which to celebrate. There was, soft conversation, and I think we rolled around on the blankets, somehow they got on top of us and we laughed ourselves silly from underneath the whole picnic spread. We agreed also to a thing, which would happen Thursday, a date night type thing. I'm not exactly sure which date or thing we planned so carefully for this Thuesday but it was to be a long standing thing. Maybe a movie or TV viewing? It was specifically a thing we both loved and wanted to make time for. Like a chess game. But not chess. Later, after she was at work again, I was chasing after a lead. There had been this odd lull in the army sent down our street, perhaps they were zombies this army so slow and method with lack of passionate variety..., and the lull was so gaming I had to investigate. I got my foot stuck in a crack in the sidewalk in the middle of the lull which I went into the street to see. I recall having on pretty pink frilly socks and pink dressy doll heels, and my ankle cracked when that pretty foot got stuck in the crack. Later still I was on a train, researching the disappearance of a little black boy, age eight maybe, who went on the train, and disappeared between one stop and the other. Just literally vanished and I uncovered a hidden stop no one talked about or only certain people knew about which went into another world, and underworld or shadow world of some sort. I felt it was a breakthrough of sorts in the constant dulge of the war. Oh and then I was fighting a shadoe thing on the train, like a scene in the movies when the train is out of the tunnel and open to the blue sky. It was trying to evade me I think, not kill me. It was trying something because either made it mad, by poking into a the train stop shadow world thing. I refused to back down tho.
