Visualisation Flight

So I ended up dreaming inside of a dream.. lemme explain. I was learning to control my flight, I remember going down this hill at night, it was dark. I flew down the hill with little control over my flying and these people saw me flying, they started to freak out. Not in astonishment, but like I was a freak who needed to be contained. At one point, everything got seriously vivid. I was flying controllably at a steady pace, and everything became so clear! I was seeing things sharp and crystal clear, every road sign, etc. I then 'woke up', or atleast I thought I did. I checked my mail and virtual had contacted me, he felt bad for doing me wrong in some way and wrote about 15 paragraphs in apology and explaining everything I've ever asked him in great detail. At the end of the email he had sent me $80 which was 1/10 of his pay which was $850 (I know it doesn't add up, this is what I remember it saying in the dream). I showed it to one of my friends and he was really surprised/amazed. (Don't remember who). So I was woken up from the dream I thought, and was in the kitchen. I made myself an ice-cream with a cone and was eating it. My brother then walked in, as he walked up to me, something from the kitchen table started to levitate up and I believed I was talking to him earlier about flight and flying and he disregarded it as all bogus. I laughed when it levitated and acted as if it had nothing to do with me.. Oh but he was smarter than I presumed, he pretended to look at the pantry and I saw a little grin on his face. He knew it was possible, and he was going to do anything to get it for himself. He wanted me to admit it, he wanted me to say that yes, I can fly. But I never gave him that satisfaction. Regardless of how sure he thought he was, without me admitting to anything, there'd always be a hint of doubt fogging his mind. I think I was then 'dreaming' again. I was back to controlling my flight. At some points, it was easy and I could control my speed. At some points, my heart was sinking like being on a rollercoaster because I was turning and moving too fast, I could not control it. At some points, I could not fly at all, I sort of 'jumped' and got on my tippy toes and usually I start flying from here with the intent of flying but I was not able to. I remember Leo telling me that lucid dreaming is the fastest way to reach control over your subconscious.. I'm not sure if he was telling the truth or not, But let's play around with this.
