Coworker had growth on chest

RV was at a doctors appointment and they said her chest was healing nicely. She has bruising in several spots and no breasts What so ever. As I looked at the bruises, I noticed something like an udder growing out of the side of her chest with two finger length udders. They were each alive and able to move independently and talk. 😳
